HAMAC FD35‑RTS rough terrain forklift is a 3.5 ton 4×4 short‑wheelbase articulated diesel forklift designed for heavy outdoor material handling on tight, congested sites. Compared with standard 3.5T rough terrain forklifts, the FD35‑RTS compact rough terrain forklift focuses on sites where space is limited but loads remain heavy. Construction contractors, mining and industrial plants, timber and farm yards use FD35‑RTS to unload trucks, feed materials to work zones and stack pallets in narrow lanes and small yards where larger machines cannot turn safely.
A rough terrain forklift is engineered specifically for outdoor use on uneven, muddy or soft surfaces, working reliably where standard warehouse trucks cannot operate safely.
Large, heavily treaded pneumatic tyres and increased ground clearance allow the machine to climb over ruts, rocks and debris while maintaining traction and stability on gravel, mud and grass.
Rough terrain forklifts usually feature high‑power diesel engines that deliver strong torque for climbing and pulling on rough surfaces, with long operating hours and no need for frequent charging.
