HAMAC was pleased to welcome a delegation of customers from Egypt for a factory visit, equipment inspection and in-depth discussion on material handling solutions. During the visit, the customers met with HAMAC sales and installation-service representatives, toured the production area, reviewed telehandler configurations and discussed equipment applications for construction projects.
The visit provided an opportunity for both teams to exchange ideas face to face and evaluate how HAMAC equipment can support the customer’s project requirements, including material handling, construction-site logistics, elevated load placement and after-sales technical support.
The Egyptian customer delegation received a warm welcome from the HAMAC team upon arrival. Our sales representative introduced the company, product range and service process, while the installation technician joined the discussion to provide practical technical information from the equipment and service perspective.
HAMAC believes that a customer visit is more than a product presentation. It is an important opportunity to understand the customer’s working environment, material types, lifting requirements, site conditions, operating habits and long-term equipment expectations.
During the factory tour, the customers visited the production and assembly area to learn more about the manufacturing process for HAMAC material handling equipment. The team introduced key stages of equipment assembly, component installation, quality inspection and final machine preparation.
The visitors were able to see how different departments work together, including production, quality control, sales, technical support, logistics and after-sales service. This cooperation helps HAMAC provide practical equipment solutions and responsive support for international customers.
HAMAC supplies a range of telehandlers, rough terrain forklifts and aerial work platforms for construction, industrial, warehouse, agricultural, mining and outdoor material handling applications.
A key part of the visit was the on-site inspection of HAMAC telehandler equipment. The sales representative and installation technician introduced the machine structure, telescopic boom, cab, hydraulic system, tires, forks, attachment options and routine maintenance points.
The discussion focused on selecting an appropriate telehandler model according to project requirements such as lifting capacity, maximum lift height, forward reach, worksite access, terrain conditions, attachment needs and material type. The technical team also explained the importance of checking the official load chart for the exact machine and attachment configuration before performing elevated or long-reach lifts.
For projects involving construction materials, pallets, masonry products, scaffolding, steel components and site supplies, a telehandler can help move materials efficiently between delivery vehicles, storage zones and work areas. Customers can explore the complete HAMAC telehandler range to compare different lifting capacities and boom heights.
The HAMAC team also arranged an outdoor equipment demonstration in the factory yard. During the demonstration, the visitors observed the telehandler’s movement, steering, lifting operation and pallet-handling capability in a controlled environment.
The team explained how rough-terrain telehandlers can support work on gravel, compacted soil, unfinished site roads and other changing construction conditions. The demonstration also highlighted the importance of stable ground, safe travel routes, correct load positioning and proper operator training.
The installation technician shared practical service and maintenance guidance, including daily inspection of tires, hydraulic hoses, forks, attachment locks, warning systems and key operating components. This exchange gave the customers a clearer understanding of both machine performance and long-term service requirements.
Following the factory and equipment tour, the HAMAC team and Egyptian customers continued their discussion in the meeting room. Using equipment specifications, application examples, site layouts and product information, both sides reviewed the customer’s potential material handling needs in greater detail.
The discussion included suitable equipment configurations, application conditions, delivery coordination, installation support, spare-parts planning and after-sales service. HAMAC aims to provide more than a machine; we work with customers to identify a practical solution that fits their project workflow and operating environment.
For customers working on construction and infrastructure projects, HAMAC equipment can support material staging, truck unloading, pallet transport, outdoor storage, elevated placement and project logistics. See our Construction & Infrastructure cases for related application examples.
This customer visit also reflected the close cooperation between HAMAC’s sales and service teams. The sales representative focused on understanding customer needs and recommending suitable configurations, while the installation technician provided detailed guidance on machine operation, maintenance and after-sales support.
This team approach helps customers receive clearer information before purchase and more reliable support after delivery. HAMAC continues to strengthen communication between factory, sales, technical, logistics and service departments so that every customer can receive timely and practical assistance throughout the equipment lifecycle.
HAMAC appreciates the time and trust of our Egyptian customers during this visit. We were glad to share our production capabilities, equipment solutions and service approach, and we look forward to developing deeper cooperation in the future.
As HAMAC continues to serve customers in international markets, factory visits remain an important part of building confidence, improving communication and creating solutions based on real project conditions. We welcome customers from Egypt and around the world to visit HAMAC, inspect our equipment and discuss their material handling requirements with our team.
